A considerable amount of the architecture of Masuya Ryokan remains in this building that was in business since the Meiji Period (1868-1912). When combined with the newer additions from the renovation, the blend of the new and the old makes for a delightful and welcoming atmosphere. The friendliness of the owner and attentive staff will make guests feel at home here.
A living room and bar area is located on the first floor where locals and travelers alike stop by and mingle with one another over a nice drink.
